Step 1 - Buy extra bread

Stock up on your favourites for Xmas & NYE here

  • You can pre-slice them and flash-freeze but the following method works best for re-baking whole loaves

Wrap your bread

  • Wrap the whole loaf in foil or plastic/silicone bag

  • Freeze whole

Step 2 - Re-bake from frozen

About 1hr before you’re ready to serve, take the bread out of the freezer wrapping and bake uncovered in the oven at 170c until hot, crunchy & sound hollow when tapped

  • Baguettes: 170c for 20-30m

  • Loaves / Boules: 170c for 30-40m

Step 3 - Enjoy “freshly baked” gf Sourdough

It’s amazing how well Really Good Gluten Free Buckwheat Sourdough re-bakes to fresh-as-day-of-baking! Without gums, eggs or dairy - this incredible bread bounces back from frozen and tastes as good (if not better, due to the extra toasting) as the day it was baked… a gluten free bread miracle at Xmas

  • Enjoy x
