  • It looks so good, it really gluten free?

    Yes! Everything is 100% gluten free made in a wheat-free kitchen

    It looks like real bread because it IS real bread, no compromises on texture, flavour or technique - it’s good bread that happens to be gluten free

  • Can it be frozen?

    All breads are freezer friendly and defrost beautifully

    Wrap well to avoid freezer burn, toast or re-bake for bread that’s as fresh-as-day-of-baking

    Freeing of cakes only recommended for those with caramel, butter and/or chocolate

  • Where can I buy the bread?

  • Are your products vegan?

    Vegan items: baguettes, bagels, focaccia, chocolate cherry mousse cake

    All other cakes contain egg, most are dairy free

    Only pasture-raised eggs bought from the local organic shop are used - best of the best!
