My sourdough is different because it’s wholegrain & gum-free: made with organic buckwheat, rice flour & psyllium husk

It relies on sourdough fermentation - not gums - to get that characteristic chewy texture

Ever noticed that sourdough is mostly air? Mine is hearty simply because it uses more flour than commercial bread

My aim is to produce hearty, healthy, satisfying bread everyone loves to eat
