Unlike most baguettes out there - these are majority wholegrain, based on the king of all gluten free flours: buckwheat. Really flavourful, healthy and satiating, these baguettes are loved and adored by wheat and non-wheat eaters alike. They’re phenomenal!

They freeze beautifully: you can refresh the baguettes by re-baking from frozen in a moderate oven for about 20 mins.
