Really Good Gluten Free is a micro bakery in Avalon Beach, Sydney dedicated to using alternative flours to make truly great bread and fine cakes.
Sylvia started baking in response to the lack of good gluten free bread in cafés, frustrated that all that was available was dry, crumbly & tasteless.
Ex-art-student, listless creative and self-taught baker, now her passion is to produce great bread regardless of the so-called-limitations of gluten free baking, finally proving that gluten free bread can be really good.
Using high quality natural ingredients is a priority, as is taste and bite.
