Most gluten-free breads rely heavily on refined starches, with little or no wholegrain flour. My breads are made predominantly from wholegrains, creating a more satisfying loaf with a gentler impact on blood sugar — and a flavour and texture closer to traditional bread. All products are also gum-free, using natural ingredients that are easier to digest.
