  • ~ Buckwheat Sourdough Baguette ~ Crusty, pleasantly sour with a satisfying chew. Unlike most baguettes, they’re made with mostly wholegrain. Really flavourful, healthy & satiating they're loved and adored by wheat and non-wheat eaters alike. They’re phenomenal!

  • ~ Buckwheat Sourdough Boule ~ 900g Loaf The most incredible gluten free bread you’ll ever eat, indistinguishable from an artisan wheat-based sourdough. This is a crusty, rustic boule with that classic sourdough chew, and bouncy open crumb - ready to tear into or slice thinly and savour

  • ~ Millet Sourdough Bagels ~ Millet has a sweet, nutty, earthy flavour. Complimented by molasses and olive oil to create a gorgeous moreish savoury bagel, with a subtly sweet and satisfying chew. Sourdough keeps the crumb soft & tender so they won’t dry out

  • ~ Brown Rice Focaccia ~ Yeasted flatbread made with extra virgin olive oil and wholegrain rice flour. Tender crumb, salty chewy crust, versatile for dipping/sandwiches perfect for service or weekday lunches. When reheated it bounces back from frozen as if freshly baked. Flavoured with oregano, fennel seed & Pukura Extra Virgin Garlic Olive Oil.
